Again, I want you to think about your favorite place to be touched. And experiment with touching yourself in both new and old ways. Does that feel good? It does, doesn’t it?
Take a moment to check in with your full body once again. Is it awake to the sensation of touch? As we do this, more of your body will begin to feel relaxed and at rest. We are going to focus now on your sexual pleasure.
I want you to begin circling your nipples with one fingertip at a time. You might consider dragging your fingers up and down your abdomen very slowly as well. Just warming up your upper body. Introducing it to a new, erotic touch. Give each nipple a soft squeeze.
You may feel the impulse to squeeze them hard and pinch them if you find this part of your body to be particularly erogenous, but resist that impulse if you can. And for now, just go slow. Soft. Gentle.
That’s good. Nice, slow teasing...getting lost in the sensation of your own touch.
