As we go through this exercise, just take a mental note of where you enjoy being touched the most. Okay, we’re going to start with our scalp. Begin by very gently laying your fingertips on top of your head. Drag them back and forth with slow…gentle movements…

You might gently scratch the area or draw shapes with your fingertips. Very good. You’ll know if you’ve found an erogenous zone if you get a strong sensation of pleasure or if you feel the touch throughout your entire body.

Shift your touch gently down to the back of your neck. Massage or stroke the skin around the sides and the front as well.

Perfect. Now, trace your fingertips across your jaw and lips. Stroke your jaw bone and perhaps the area just beneath it. Remember, we’re attempting to find our own personal erogenous zones. We’re just looking for extra-sensitive parts of our bodies.

Move down to your collarbone now. Sink your fingers into the dip of that area and gently knead your skin. Now, use one hand to slowly drag your fingertips down your inner arm. Trace a line all the way to your wrist. Repeat that motion a couple of times, if it feels good.

Let’s repeat those steps for your other arm. Just gently trace a line…up… and down…

I want you to shift your focus to your chest now. Gently touch your nipples and the area surrounding them. Your nipples are likely going to be very sensitive, so experiment with touching your sternum slightly above. Or perhaps the area between your armpits and your nipples.

You’re doing great. Slide down to your abdomen now. Trace circles around your belly button, if you’d like. Tickle the skin below your ribcage.

This time is just for you to get to know your body. Try not to think or worry about anything outside of this moment. Let’s spend a little bit of time touching our hips. Circling your fingers around the hipbone and the sides of our thighs.

Before we go any lower, let your fingers graze along the small of your back. It might be a little difficult or uncomfortable to reach and that’s okay. But just give this space a few moments of your attention.

Perfect. If you’ve found somewhere on your body that you suspect is an erogenous zone, you might be feeling some desire at the moment. Hold onto that feeling. We’re going to return to those zones as soon as we finish with this full-body scan. Let’s continue on now with our thighs and knees.

Feel free to squeeze and massage your upper legs here. Give your body time to respond to your touch. Now, shift your touch to the backs of your knees. This might feel a little strange, but many people find this area extremely sensitive to touch.

Great. Give your ass some light touches here and focus on the underside of your buttocks. Remember, soft and gentle touches to start, but feel free to increase the pressure as you go.

You may need to lie down or lean forward for this next part. I want you to stimulate each of your toes with soft squeezes. And spend some time drawing your fingers up and down the underside of your feet.

Perfect. Okay. We’ve done a full body scan and now I want you to spend about thirty seconds here just reflecting on this exercise.
