Hey there. Welcome to “Full Body Orgasms” by Suzannah Weiss.

Suzannah has spent her career helping people, especially women, learn how to orgasm and expand their orgasmic abilities. As a certified sex educator and sex and love coach, she teaches classes such as “Orgasms for Vulva Owners” and “Living Life Orgasmically” and works with people one-on-one to help them overcome sexual blockages and feel more pleasure. Her insights are based on her training as a sex educator and somatic sexologist as well as the method she developed in her own life to go from never experiencing an orgasm with a partner to orgasming in every sexual encounter.

Let’s start this session off with an important question: what comes to mind when you think of orgasms?

Some of us might think about pleasure located in the genital region. Some of us might have no idea what an orgasm feels like.

For some of us, there might be a little bit of negativity associated with our lack of orgasms or maybe a little sexual frustration with not knowing how to reliably achieve one.

Some of you may have had an orgasm once before, but haven’t been able to achieve one since.

And some of you might be able to achieve them every time you masturbate or have sex.

Whatever your experience is, today’s session is going to help you expand your definition and understanding of orgasms. If you haven’t had one before, this session will hopefully help you to achieve one on your own or with a partner.

In a couple of minutes, I’m going to walk you through a guided exercise that will teach you how to feel pleasure in more parts of your body than just your genitals. We’re going to learn how to induce orgasmic pleasure throughout our entire bodies. This, in turn, is going to help us determine specific touches that can intensify our sexual pleasure.

This exercise will require you to make a little bit of noise, so you might want to be somewhere private and comfortable.

Anyone with any anatomy can take part in this exercise. We all have essentially the same body parts, and we all are capable of experiencing full-body pleasure.

In theory, the more parts of our bodies we can incorporate into sex or masturbation, the more pleasure we are inviting our bodies to feel. This will hopefully make it easier for some people to orgasm.

During this recording, I’m going to ask you to use breath and sound to intensify the sensations of breathing and moaning in order to produce, potentially, orgasmic pleasure.

Practicing this while in a non-sexual situation is kind of like doing a practice run before trying it during sex. If we can do it on our own and learn the ins and outs of our body’s desires, then that’ll make it much easier to achieve when we’re with a partner.

The late sex educator Betty Dodson once said that orgasms live in the breath. What she meant by this, I think, is that the expression of orgasm—the changes in breathing, the sounds, the movement—create orgasmic feelings just as much as genital stimulation.

When I talk about orgasmic feelings, I don’t necessarily mean the climax. A climax is a series of pelvic contractions accompanied by feelings of pleasure and release. By “orgasmic feelings,” I mean feelings of intense pleasure, release, surrender, and loss of control.

You can learn to climax through non-genital touch, but it will help for the purpose of this exercise to define orgasm more broadly.

I encourage you to celebrate any orgasmic feelings that arise in your body over the course of the next few minutes.

Some define an orgasm as a state where your mind goes completely blank.

The more you acknowledge the signs and sensations of orgasm that are already taking place in your body, the bigger and more powerful the orgasm can become.

So, let’s do a little activity to demonstrate what I’m talking about. When I give you the go-ahead, I want you to breathe in deeply and focus on feeling your breath in your pelvis—that is, the area between your belly button and your genitals, and the area between your hips.

Ready?

Breathe in…

… and out.

Imagine that this section of your body is a balloon that’s being filled up with sexual energy each time you breathe in. Imagine the air tickling and teasing this area as it trickles down.

Let’s try again. Breathe in…

… and out.

Notice how your pelvic area feels.

Does it feel warm? Tingly? If you pay attention, you may be able to notice a pulsating feeling down there each time your heart beats. These feelings are all the beginnings of an orgasm.

Since most of us first learn to orgasm through genital stimulation, the pelvis will be the most accessible part of the body for many to feel these sensations. However, this exercise actually can work on other erogenous zones as well.

Let’s do a couple more deep breaths, but imagine the air filling up your chest this time. As you breathe in, I want you to focus on the lovely sensation of the air filling up your whole chest, including your nipples and your breasts, if you have them.

Ready?

Breathe in…

… and out.

Feel your shirt or the air around you caress your chest as it rises. Feel your body relax as you exhale. Feel your breasts and/or nipples as you pay more and more attention to them.

Again.

Breathe in…

… and out.

Very good.

Now, let’s experiment with sound. I know some of you are going to feel a little awkward doing this, but I want you to try moaning as you breathe out, like this.

Ready?

Breathe in…

… and out.

Although it might feel a little strange, I want you to moan as if you are feeling the most pleasurable sensation that you have ever felt.

Try it again for me. But this time, make it louder, deeper.

Ready?

Breathe in…

… and out.

See how the sensation actually grows when you express what you’re feeling? It’s not about faking it til you make it; it’s about noticing what’s already there and amplifying it.

Now, let’s try combining these two forms of breathwork. As you breathe in, I want you to imagine the breath filling up your chest. And as you breathe out, make sure to moan and express your pleasure audibly.

Just follow the pleasurable sensation of air traveling down and filling up your stomach… and then your pelvis, down to your genitals…

Mmm, that feels so good, doesn’t it?

Let’s do that a few more times.

Keep breathing, just like this, while I guide you through the rest of this episode.

The air is flowing through your nose or mouth down into your nipples…

And now it’s filling up your whole pelvis…

If you felt anything pleasurable during this exercise, congrats! You are well on your way to experiencing full-body orgasm.

If not, don’t sweat it. The next technique we’ll try might work better for you. Everyone is different and it takes time to figure out what fits you and your body best.

So, for the next exercise, we’re going to use physical touch to create orgasmic feelings throughout your body.

We’re going to start at the top of your head and move our way down to your feet, stopping everywhere except for the genitals.

While you’re using touch to stimulate yourself, I want you to use the breath and sound techniques we just practised as well.

You should breathe into each part of your body as you touch it. Imagine the air traveling there to sensitize it and enhance the touch. And make sure to keep moaning as you exhale, or whenever it feels natural.

By the way, if this exercise we’re about to do arouses you to the point that you are dying to touch your genitals, that’s great! That means it’s working. Just try to wait until the exercise is over so that we can recognize and utilize that built-up pleasure.

If you have a massage oil or lotion nearby, that might enhance this experience for you. Sometimes, adding something extra luxurious like that can intensify feelings of pleasure. It gives your body the sense of receiving care and attention, which is always pleasurable.

Alright, we’re going to start at the top of your head. Let’s start to gently massage the scalp. Don’t forget to continue breathing as we learned at the beginning…

You can lightly stroke your hair or tickle the sides of your head. Touch yourself however you would like.

Imagine that electricity is being transmitted from the tips of your fingers to your hair follicles and skin.

You can pull on your hair a little if that turns you on. You might also move your head to lean into your own touch…

As you touch yourself, imagine your breath filling up your head. Imagine it enhancing your touch…

And as you breathe out… moan as if a lover were touching you.

Now, let your fingers travel downward and start stroking your ears. Play gently with the outside of the ears, squeezing the earlobes, whatever feels good to you.

Touch yourself exactly as you’d like a lover to touch you. Let yourself moan and make whatever noises feel natural.

Just don’t forget to breathe.

Now, let your touch drift down to your face. It may feel erotic to gently run your finger across your lips… down your cheeks… maybe along your forehead. Try tracing your jawline with a touch so light you barely even feel it.

Very good.

Now, let’s move down to your neck. This is a very erotic body part for many people because of its sensitivity and vulnerability. Experiment with lightly moving your fingers up and down the front of your neck, then the sides, then the back.

You might enjoy creating a slight scratching sensation with your nails. Then, you can try more of a massaging motion, pressing on sensitive areas with your hands.

Let out a sigh with your next exhale.

If you’d ever like to linger on one part of your body for longer than this recording allows, feel free to pause and spend as much time as you’d like there. Learning to experience full-body orgasm is all about listening to your body.

Now, if you’re ready, move down and gently stroke your shoulders and arms. Go slowly and try out different kinds of touch. From light gentle strokes to soft scratching or massaging.

Remember to breathe in deeply… and breathe out with a sigh or moan.

Try to feel all the energy that’s built up in your whole upper body at this point.

All right, now, things are about to get a little sexy. Let’s pause for a second to breathe and enjoy the anticipation of your hands drifting down to your lower body.

Now, place your hands at the base of your neck, and move them as slowly as you possibly can down your chest.

You might be feeling a bit more desire than before… Maybe getting excited and a little worked up. Let out all that excitement with a moan.

As you inch your hands down, breathe into your nipples. Feel the air and all the warm blood circulating there. Notice if they’re taking some time to awaken to your touch… or if they’re aching for it.

Run your fingers lightly up and down your nipples now. You can moan, sigh, or shake if you need to. Take some time now to just savor whatever sensations you’re feeling….

Tease your nipples and your chest with little touches… You can squeeze or massage them. Maybe pinch them if you enjoy that sensation.

If you have an oil or lotion nearby, this would be a good time to get some. If not, no problem. Using your hands is just fine.

Put oil or lotion on the ends of your fingers if you have it and massage your nipples with slow circles of your fingers.

Gently press down against the sensitive tissue. Experiment with moving clockwise… and counterclockwise…

Sigh with each exhale. Let all the tension in your chest release as you produce more and more erotic energy.

Very good.

Now, shift your hands down to stroke your stomach, pelvis, and hips. Remember your breathing as you first massage your upper belly, right below your chest, and then slowly, slowly work your fingers down below your belly button.

Feel free to let out a moan as you start to reach your lower abdomen. You should be inching lower and lower, but still not touching your genitals. If you feel a throbbing sensation or desire in your genital area, imagine using your breath to satisfy those cravings for touch.

The next time you exhale, release a moan, a laugh, or whatever sound feels natural to make. These noises are helping to relieve any tension lingering in the body.

Move your hands to your hips and massage each one gently. Notice if they’re receptive to your touch… If each stroke is producing desire in you…

Run your hands from hip to hip, passing through your lower belly, if that feels good to you.

Part of learning to experience full-body orgasm is allowing pleasure to exist outside of your genitals. Touching your sexual organs is not required for sexual release. You can experience orgasm and erotic release anywhere in your body.

When you feel energy build up in your genitals, keep moving it upward with your breath. Imagine it spreading not just up to your stomach, but all the way through your fingers and toes.

Your fingers, toes, arms, and legs might begin trembling slightly. Let yourself shake if you feel energy there. This can help spread sensation throughout your entire body.

If you are experiencing any sensations such as shaking, trembling, breathing heavily, sweating, or throbbing, these are all signs of full body orgasm.

Take a moment to enjoy these orgasmic feelings and amplify them. You can try moaning, writhing, or whatever feels good and right in this moment. Express yourself and don’t hold back. The more you express it, the more you’ll feel it.

It may feel like your body can’t hold more pleasure than this, but it definitely can. Move your hands down from your hips or lower belly to caress your ass the way you’d like a lover to. Use light, gentle teasing at first…

You can move on, perhaps, to firmer massaging. You may enjoy lying on your stomach for this or standing up if this makes it easier to reach.

From there, let’s work our way to the insides of your thighs. Gently stroke and massage your inner thighs.

From there, let’s work our way to the insides of your thighs. Gently stroke and massage your inner thighs.

Now, slowly inch your fingers down to your knees. You can massage them tenderly… then stroke up and down your calves.

As always, don’t forget your breathing…

Let your touch go all the way down to your ankles. Move your hands up and down your legs a few more times, imagining the sensation in your genitals traveling all the way down your legs.

Last but not least, move your hands all the way down to your feet. Give them a little massage, and as you inhale, feel the sexual energy traveling all the way through your nose or mouth down to your feet.

Give your toes a wiggle to release this energy. Keep breathing deeply, feeling the air saturate your whole body, from your head to your chest to your stomach to your ass to your legs and arms and fingers and toes.

Now, take a second to just soak in all the beautiful pleasure you’ve cultivated. You can pause this recording to bask in the glow for as long as you want.

You did a great job.

You’ve just learned to experience orgasmic energy and pleasure all throughout your body, without even touching your genitals.

And if you haven’t experienced what you consider to be a full-body orgasm, there’s always tomorrow to try again. Keep repeating this practice to learn how to feel more and more pleasure throughout your body. As you repeat it, you might even notice that the sensation lingers through the rest of your day, and your whole body feels orgasmic for hours on end.

Now, if you’re craving to touch yourself, you officially have my permission to do so. Try to go as slowly as you can, perhaps keeping one hand on another body part of choice, in order to take full advantage of the full-body pleasure you’ve just cultivated.
